Muay Thai or Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Emphasis is placed on accurate striking with fists, elbows, knees and shins. Whether practiced competitively or recreationally, this highly exciting combat sport can transform your physique through intensive training techniques. Thai boxing has been used for centuries to build strength, endurance, power of concentration, determination, self-confidence and discipline.
We offer training, conditioning, competition, and support to help our members achieve more, both in and out of the ring. Our whole-athlete approach has helped hundreds get in shape, find their grit and reach their goals.
BLACK BELT KARATE
The Black Belt Karate program was developed for students interested in completing their training in traditional Kenpo Karate. This class is for children of 9-16 plus years of age. Those who enroll in the program must hold the ranking of Brown Belt.
Private training is offered for those that are looking for assistance with their weight loss goals or for competitors looking to improve upon their striking. Training sessions are offered one-on-one or as a group.
Martial Arts programs for kids between the ages of 4-16 years. Including Muay Thai, Karate, and Boxing.
Authentic Muay Thai and Western Boxing. These classes require no experience necessary.
